Domestic & Commercial cleaning

We require 48-hour notice for any booking changes or cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee to cover administration fees, cleaner travel time and loss of income.

In the event that we arrive at a property for a booked cleaning service, and the client is not there, we reserve the right to charge a $50 fee to cover administration fees, cleaner travel time and loss of income. This can be applied to any weekly, fortnightly, monthly or any regular cleaning service:
A client can terminate his/her regular cleaning services by giving us a 1-week period.

Strictly 2 day payment terms. A $25 late fee will apply to accounts each which exceed 5 days in arrears and cleaning will not commence until payment is made.

End of lease

Once our End of lease cleaning service quote has been accepted and paid, we offer a 100% bond back to all out clients. This guarantee is valid only for 72 hours after the end of the clean-up. Which means, if for any reason, related to the cleaning we have done at the property, the property managers or the landlords are not happy, we will send one of our cleaners asap to fix the matter at NO extra charge to the customer. If the house has been used after a vacate clean, we will not be responsible for the look of the property and the bond back guarantee will invalid. We take photos of all our work to provide to Real Estate agencies and landlords for proof.

If the exit clean inspection is after 72 hours, and there is an issue with the cleaning, we won’t be responsible what so ever.

Bond back cleaning exclusions

In relation to Bond Back Clean, End of Lease Cleaning or Vacate Cleaning the services listed below are not included. If requested, a surcharge will apply:
· Moving any hefty furniture
· External window cleaning (unless specified in quote and single level)
· Cleaning roller blinds
· Cleaning metal venetian
· Rubbish removal
· Garage cleaning
· A travel fee will apply for a key collection from a different address than where the cleaning service is located.
· If the property is larger than the initial description over the phone or online a surcharge may apply. If the customer doesn’t agree with the amended quote, we reserve the right to cancel the clean and keep the $100 deposit.

Carpet Steam Cleaning and Upholstery cleaning

Greener Cleener does not guarantee 100% stain removal. Blood & Urine stains are harder to treat so specific chemicals may be required at an additional charge to the customer. Once we remove the stain, we are not responsible for any discolouring of the carpets or the fabric.
A standard room size is around 12 sqm
Standard living room and lounge is around 20 sqm
With regard to heavy staining, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE 100% STAIN REMOVAL. Some stains are deemed permanent and can NOT be removed.
However, we will endeavour to get as much as possible without causing any discolouring.
